About Our Team
Our analytics team operates centrally to support the entire organization. We are on the lookout for a strategic partner to collaborate with our Marketing team, ensuring our data is both accessible and actionable. Potential projects include redefining customer lifetime value (LTV) calculations, analyzing significant drop-off points in our site funnel, enhancing our Looker instance with Braze data, conducting incrementality tests, and fulfilling ad-hoc analytics requests from leadership.
Your Role
We invite a talented and analytical Senior Analyst to join our vibrant team and play a vital role in our Marketing department. In this position, you will be instrumental in translating marketing data into actionable insights, directly impacting our spending strategies, enhancing customer retention efforts, and optimizing lifetime value. You will oversee and execute analytics requests, equipping the marketing team with the necessary data to inform decisions and achieve significant results. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our MTA & MMM data sourced from third-party vendors to provide data-driven insights for our paid media team.
- Assess channel and vendor performance data, proactively identifying opportunities for improving marketing campaign effectiveness, customer segmentation, and overall marketing performance through comprehensive data analysis.
- Lead site funnel analytics to pinpoint drop-off areas and opportunities for conversion optimization.
