Qualifications
Position Expectations
Manage the entirety of the accounts payable cycle, including invoice review, coding, approvals, data entry, and filing.
Oversee the AP mailbox, ensuring timely resolution of all queries.
Review the onboarding of new vendors, including payment terms and banking details.
Maintain vendor information and streamline the vendor onboarding process.
Record invoices according to US and local GAAP standards.
Assist in month-end closing procedures, including AP reconciliations.
Research and respond to internal and external inquiries regarding invoice/payment status, providing exceptional customer service.
Contribute towards process improvements and workflow efficiencies to reduce processing time and enhance accuracy.
Support auditor requests and ad-hoc reporting.
