Position Summary
We are seeking dynamic and high-caliber talent to join our expanding Commerce team as a Senior Associate. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the development, planning, execution, and measurement of media strategies for designated shopper and commerce media clients. As a Senior Associate, you will innovate and guide the Commerce planning and buying processes, collaborating closely with national Planning and Buying teams to ensure a cohesive Commerce media function.
The Commerce team specializes in the planning, buying, execution, and assessment of Commerce media, focusing on retailer-specific media elements. This includes in-store signage like coupon machines or shelf blades, billboards directing shoppers to retail locations, and digital advertisements (search, display, OLV/STV, etc.) on platforms such as Amazon and Kroger.com. Additionally, the team engages influencers and works with shoppable technology companies to enhance conversion ease, ultimately supporting our clients' commerce, shopper, and customer marketing initiatives.
