About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations to act as a crucial link between Product, Go-To-Market (GTM), and our merchants within the In-Store business (also known as SevenRooms). In this high-impact role, you will oversee the commercialization of new add-on products—such as Events and Lite—from initial MVP testing to extensive sales pilots, culminating in global GTM launches.
You will lead these initiatives like a “train conductor,” coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed successfully. This includes managing all aspects of commercialization, such as coordinating legal agreements, establishing product naming conventions, drafting FAQs, defining sales positioning, and developing pricing and packaging strategies. You will analyze market opportunities, conduct thorough competitive research, and adapt global strategies for regional success. This position requires a deep dive into data analysis to build consensus among cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker who embraces action, thrives in uncertainty, and is dedicated to utilizing data to drive results and achieve sustainable revenue growth.
