Qualifications
Experience and Qualifications3–7 years of experience in workforce planning, workforce strategy, organizational design, HR, or a related field within Defence, Federal or State Government, or consulting.Proven ability to contribute to workforce planning or organizational design projects at various levels (team, program, or organizational).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on workforce data, modeling, and scenario planning.Experience in stakeholder engagement and participating in workshops, briefings, or reports.Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related discipline. NV1 or higher Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).Desirable:AHRI Certification or micro-credentials.Certificate IV in Human Resource Management.Professional certifications in Strategic Workforce Planning.
