Key Responsibilities:
Support IQ-EQ client leads across various Private Equity funds spanning multiple industries.
Work closely with your manager, team members, and support functions to ensure timely delivery of client expectations.
Utilize your knowledge of limited partnership agreements to aid in financial reporting, allocations, and compliance.
Prepare and review essential financial tasks such as journal entries, fee and interest calculations, investor notices, and waterfall models.
Oversee audits, manage year-end processes, assist with onboarding of new team members, and propose enhancements for operational efficiency.
