The LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) Monetization Strategic Finance team is excited to invite a Senior Associate to collaborate closely with LTS leaders. You will play a crucial role in shaping go-to-market (GTM) finance strategies, monitoring essential business metrics, identifying trends, and evaluating the financial implications of strategic initiatives. This role will support the LTS Growth and Performance Strategic Finance team, contributing to the development of both long-term and short-term GTM strategies through insightful data analysis, managing performance to optimize growth, and assisting sales and cross-functional teams (such as Product Marketing Management, Pricing, and GTM Operations) in prioritizing initiatives based on their impact.
The ideal candidate is not only adept at strategic planning but also eager to engage in hands-on execution. We seek an individual who excels at driving results across various senior stakeholders, demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, and is capable of delving into complex and technical areas to create significant impact. Key collaborators for this role will include Sales, Pricing, PMM, GTM Operations, and Strategic Finance partners.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to advance initiatives by providing a metrics-driven perspective with limited supervision.
- Employ sound judgment within established procedures to develop workstreams and operational processes.
- Proactively identify challenges and work to resolve them efficiently.
