- Facilitate comprehensive training on automobile service processes.
- Conduct thorough audits of service processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Deliver engaging classroom training, hands-on training, and personalized coaching.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by improving Post Sales Feedback (PSF) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Streamline dealer service processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Manage training for approximately 30-35 workshops across various locations.
- Travel extensively (20-22 days per month) to provide on-site training and support.
- Compile, analyze, and present training reports to support Head of Department.
- Ensure all personnel at assigned locations receive adequate training.
