As a Senior Media Processing Backend Engineer, you will become a key member of Cloudinary’s Image team, collaborating with both frontend and backend engineers. Together, we will innovate new features, maintain existing code, and oversee the operation of over 300 production cloud servers.
This team is at the heart of Cloudinary’s flagship product, which generates over $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR). You will work on our image transformation engine and deep learning systems, processing an astounding 5 billion requests per month (approximately 2000 requests per second). Our client roster includes some of the world's largest brands, who depend on us to deliver media across their websites with various modular transformations, ensuring high fidelity, low bandwidth, and minimal latency.
