Join our dynamic team as a Senior Bookkeeper & Administrative Finance Coordinator in a fully remote capacity! This role is crucial in transitioning our finance operations in-house across various entities.
Role Overview: As a key player, you will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), general bookkeeping, vendor management, and providing essential operational support, all while collaborating closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Financial Operations:
• Oversee daily bookkeeping tasks across multiple entities.
• Maintain and accurately categorize expenses in general ledgers.
• Assist in monthly financial closing, reporting, tax preparation, and process enhancements.
• Work collaboratively with senior management.
Accounts Payable (AP):
• Manage vendor profiles, W9s, and payment preferences.
• Review and process bills for all brands.
• Prepare payment cycles and monitor due dates.
• Address vendor inquiries and discrepancies efficiently.
Accounts Receivable (AR):
• Create invoices and reconcile AR aging reports.
• Track outstanding payments and follow up accordingly.
• Assist with CRM and e-commerce platform integrations (HubSpot, Shopify).
Administrative & Operational Support:
• Keep digital documentation and contracts well-organized.
• Facilitate internal onboarding and documentation processes.
• Help develop scalable workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
