Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and document existing business processes while designing future processes aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Propose process enhancements and best practices to minimize dependence on customized applications and encourage the utilization of standard system functionalities.
- Act as a bridge between business units, IT departments, vendors, and project managers, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in IT project planning activities, including defining project scope, conducting impact analyses, identifying risks, and managing change.
- Create detailed documentation, such as business requirements documents, process diagrams, use cases, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Engage in solution design reviews to ensure that proposed solutions align with business needs and adhere to enterprise architecture standards.
- Support system testing, including test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, and validation of deployed solutions.
- Participate in deployment activities, provide training support, and conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior business analysts and assist in the development of business analysis standards, templates, and best practices.
