We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Consultant to function as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. In this role, you will propel value creation, shape strategic directions, and ensure that technology implementation yields tangible results across intricate projects and programs.
In this essential position, you will act as the primary liaison between business units and service teams, ensuring that objectives are clearly understood, priorities are strategically aligned, and outcomes are delivered with efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will actively identify gaps, inefficiencies, opportunities, and risks, leveraging insights and influence to guide decision-making processes and enhance end-to-end workflows.
Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping the business unit's strategy across Data, Information, Technology, IT services, and other critical disciplines, ensuring that roadmaps and solutions are aligned with long-term organizational goals.
- Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, driving value through technology, optimizing processes, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across complex projects and programs.
- Facilitate regular business reviews, value discussions, and roadmap planning sessions.
- Lead comprehensive requirements gathering, discovery, and analytical activities for complex initiatives, and create business unit-specific strategy plans that align with organizational drivers.
- Engage in budgeting, demand planning, and reporting cycles.
- Manage the demand planning lifecycle, translating business needs into prioritized, well-defined IT/OT initiatives that support strategic objectives.
- Design a cohesive Digital Strategy that aligns with business unit-specific objectives, digital value frameworks, technological outcomes, and organizational KPIs.
- Map digital value streams to demonstrate alignment with business processes and create a digital initiative inventory.
- Develop a strategic alignment scorecard for each digital initiative addressing value, cost, risk, effort, and priority.
