Job Profile: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our initiatives in Mobile Applications and Web Development.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Location: Trignodev, Noida
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and close projects in Web Development and Mobile Applications, as well as digital marketing initiatives, leveraging 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Possess strong technical knowledge of contemporary Web, Mobile, and Digital Marketing technologies.
- Identify and target new business leads within the software development sector, specifically in the US and UK markets, using various channels such as online bidding platforms and social media.
- Demonstrate analytical skills to comprehend project needs, craft detailed proposals, engage in pre-sales discussions, negotiate, and finalize sales, ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery team.
- Establish and nurture excellent client relationships, creating persuasive communication materials.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business avenues and client opportunities.
- Supervise and motivate the lead generation team, providing support to achieve qualified leads.
- Exhibit flexibility in working hours when necessary.
- Maintain self-motivation to consistently meet sales targets.
- Showcase strong negotiation capabilities.
- Prepare project budgets for client proposals.
- Employ excellent verbal and written English communication skills to interact effectively with international clients.
