The Role...
As the Senior Business Development Retail Media Manager, you will be an integral member of the Marketing Team for France and the Netherlands, based in our Paris headquarters. Your primary responsibility will involve monetizing HelloFresh's advertising opportunities—both physical and digital—across France and the Netherlands.
You will focus on forging strategic partnerships, generating revenue from suppliers, and collaborating closely with various teams including global and local Retail Media, Procurement, Partnerships, and Marketing. Additionally, you will oversee relationships with key agencies and advertisers, driving growth and fostering innovation that positions HelloFresh as a frontrunner in Retail Media Networks (RMNs).

Your Responsibilities...
- Lead proactive business development initiatives: Conduct extensive outreach and prospecting to discover new brand and agency partnerships within the Nordic market, while managing a robust sales pipeline from the ground up.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives at major advertisers and media agencies, creating customized retail media Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that guarantee long-term media investment.
- Manage pipeline and CRM data: Uphold high standards for pipeline management and utilize CRM tools like HubSpot to track outreach, manage lead stages, and deliver accurate revenue forecasts.
- Develop compelling value propositions: Craft data-driven solutions and pitch decks that optimize advertiser ROI while ensuring mutual success.
- Collaborate regionally and globally: Report directly to the Global Retail Media team in Amsterdam, while working closely with the local Growth Partnerships team in Paris to identify synergies and enhance market presence.
- Engage cross-functionally: Work alongside various teams to maximize effectiveness and drive results in your initiatives.
