As the Senior Business Development Manager for Life Sciences at QIMA in North America, you will be instrumental in spearheading revenue growth through innovative sales strategies tailored to the Cosmetics sector. Your expertise will drive the execution of initiatives that not only meet but exceed divisional revenue targets.
Your role encompasses the development of robust sales strategies in line with our organizational goals, fostering a high-achieving culture, and nurturing strong partnerships with pivotal clients and collaborators.
This position reports directly to the Life Sciences Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the North American Cosmetics market.
- Conduct market analysis to identify evolving trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, pinpointing opportunities for growth.
- Establish and refine sales practices and KPIs by sector and customer, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Target and acquire 20 new clients annually in our core business areas, including Active Ingredients and finished products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product and service offerings based on customer feedback.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Align sales strategies with the divisional management team to promote best practices and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maximize the use of Zoho CRM for streamlined sales operations.
- Investigate and implement AI tools to enhance business operations.
- Maintain personal relationships with key decision-makers among our top 5 clients.
