We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team at Masterworks Company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive internal reports that cater to the customs, zakat, and tax domains. You will play a pivotal role in data collection, analysis, report design, and ensuring the accuracy of insights derived from complex datasets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal Reports Development:
Collect and analyze data from various internal and external sources relevant to customs, zakat, and tax.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that may impact reporting.
Design and develop dynamic and interactive reports using advanced reporting tools and software.
Implement automated data integration processes to streamline report generation, and develop scripts to enhance data processing.
Document methodologies to ensure consistency and establish standardized templates for reporting.
2. Align Reporting with Strategic KPIs:
Collaborate with strategic planning teams to identify and map key performance indicators (KPIs).
Create dashboards and scorecards to monitor department-level performance against established KPIs, providing regular updates to management.
3. Validate Data Accuracy:
Implement rigorous data validation checks and conduct regular audits of data sources.
Interpret complex data insights, translating them into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Communicate findings clearly to facilitate informed decision-making.
4. Collaborate with Stakeholders:
Engage with business stakeholders to gather feedback on reporting needs, facilitating workshops for report enhancements.
Continuously improve reporting processes and stay informed of industry best practices.
