Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing strategic OKRs and KPIs aligned with the company's goals, ensuring team performance;
- Acting as a strategic partner to CSE leadership (frontline), being the primary reference in strategy discussions and portfolio management;
- Planning, monitoring, and revisiting the customer commercial journey alongside the frontline to ensure portfolio results;
- Supporting the identification of new commercial opportunities (cross-sell and upsell) and creating strategies for conversion;
- Collaborating with internal areas to ensure alignment between educational, commercial, and operational fronts;
