- This role is primarily remote, with the requirement to travel up to 10-15% or two times per quarter.
- The candidate must maintain a HIPAA-compliant home office in one of the following states: North Carolina, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Delaware.
Position Summary:
- The Senior Business Systems Analyst is a hands-on execution-focused contributor responsible for the complete delivery of technology initiatives that support practice operations.
- This role encompasses everything from the initial intake and discovery phase to delivery, stabilization, and post-implementation follow-through.
- Success in this role is evaluated by the outcomes achieved, problems solved, user satisfaction, and clarity in execution, even when collaborating with external vendors.
