About the Team/Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Systems Analyst to become our dedicated expert in Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes. This pivotal role combines strong technical architecture and design expertise with a profound understanding of financial workflows to fully leverage our revenue technology stack. You will be instrumental in scaling our deal operations across diverse segments and go-to-market strategies, from rapid self-service to intricate enterprise contracts.
Your key responsibility will be to safeguard our Q2C infrastructure, guaranteeing that our systems are scalable, stable, and secure. Your mission will involve translating intricate business requirements and monetization strategies into an exceptional quoting experience. You will not only configure fields but also diagnose friction points in our sales processes, design automated quoting workflows, and provide insights on how our ordering and billing engines should adapt to support innovative business practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the Sales Motion: Spearhead the strategy and execution of the Quote-to-Order lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, automated, and scalable customer purchasing experience.
- Product Launch Partner: Act as a vital stakeholder in the Go-To-Market process, consulting on and implementing strategies for introducing new products and complex pricing models within our sales systems.
- Systems Strategy: Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering leadership regarding the evolution of our ordering and the scalability of billing engines to accommodate new, complex consumption and subscription models.
