Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior role.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-mining skills utilizing CPG math concepts and tools.• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with strong capabilities in data storytelling.• Experience with syndicated data sources, including Scintilla.• Knowledge of retail strategy and execution across diverse channels and environments.• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and effectively present insights to senior leadership.

Your mission will be to transform various needs into explicit requirements, deliver actionable insights, and ensure that analytical solutions produce measurable outcomes. You will spearhead comprehensive analyses of multi-source data to uncover growth opportunities by evaluating item performance, assessing SKU gaps, identifying whitespace, analyzing pricing strategies, planning assortments, and clustering stores.
In this role, you will support category management initiatives by utilizing retailer POS systems and portals like Scintilla and Retail Link, along with internal dashboards and syndicated data through tools such as Power BI. Your responsibilities will include developing insightful dashboards, preparing engaging category presentations, providing regular business updates, and maintaining a thorough understanding of client KPIs and strategic objectives.
Collaboration will be key as you work closely with major retailers, replenishment, modular, and operations teams, as well as internal cross-functional partners. You will generate impactful reporting and insights that will guide retail strategies, drive business growth, and enhance relationships within the Hana Group team.
