The Senior Catering Operations Specialist is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership in front-of-house catering execution at Three Leaf Catering within the University of Notre Dame. This pivotal role entails overseeing the planning, coordination, and successful execution of a diverse range of catering events on campus, including academic programs, student activities, athletics hospitality, alumni gatherings, weddings, VIP engagements, and functions for external clients.
This position demands expertise in managing complex, high-profile events while maintaining operational excellence and consistent service standards. The Senior Catering Operations Specialist will supervise and mentor two Catering Operations Specialists, ensuring effective staffing, equipment planning, labor management, and quality of service across all events.
As the operational liaison among catering sales, culinary teams, logistics, Human Resources, and University leadership, this role guarantees operational readiness, fosters accountability, and promotes continuous improvement in catering operations.
