The Senior Change Management Consultant will lead the design and implementation of change management strategies that facilitate the successful adoption of enterprise-wide initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with business leaders and program teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable change plans that foster engagement, readiness, and sustained behavioral transformation.
This consultant will act as a trusted advisor, applying structured change methodologies, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills, and executing pragmatic solutions to complex, cross-functional transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Strategy & Planning
- Oversee comprehensive change management for medium to large-scale initiatives, encompassing organizational, process, technology, and operating model transformations.
- Create integrated change strategies that align with business goals, timelines, and risk assessments.
- Conduct assessments of change impact and readiness to identify potential risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Stakeholder & Leader Engagement
- Collaborate with executive sponsors, program leaders, and key stakeholders to clarify roles, expectations, and actions required for sponsorship.
- Guide leaders and managers on their roles in driving change, including effective communication, reinforcement, and feedback mechanisms.
- Facilitate workshops and sessions to align stakeholders and expedite decision-making processes.
