We are currently seeking a Senior Change Management Lead to spearhead the adoption strategy for our CRM transformation program.
Role Overview
As a Senior Lead, you will architect the methodology to ensure the success of our technological transformation. Your mission will be to craft the narrative, manage organizational impacts, and guarantee that business, operations, and technology areas adopt new tools and processes with minimal resistance and maximum efficiency. This high-level role focuses on governance, methodology, and strategic alignment within a multifaceted and complex environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategy and Methodology: Define and tailor the change management framework (ADKAR, Kotter, or hybrid) specific to the telco ecosystem.
- Adoption Roadmap: Develop a communication, awareness, and training roadmap aligned with CRM project milestones.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify and manage key stakeholders (Business, IT, Operations, Vendors), mitigating risks and resistance.
- Communication Governance: Design the program narrative and coordinate comprehensive communication plans with HR and Organizational Culture.
- Impact Measurement: Define KPIs for actual adoption, use of functionalities, and understanding levels to report to program management.
