SENIOR CHANNEL COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER (STARLINK)

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Channel Communications Manager to enhance the customer experience across our channel partners' online and offline platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working with retailers in the Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications, or Technology sectors, leading product transitions and managing retailer communications. A profound understanding of omni-channel marketing and communication management is essential for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Craft and implement branding and messaging strategies, ensuring consistent execution through our channel partners.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing investments via channel partners through short- and long-term performance metrics.
- Lead the channel marketing strategy and execution across key communication channels, including online platforms, in-store promotions, and email marketing.
- Drive growth by ensuring a seamless customer experience in partner stores and online, blending customer engagement with strategic marketing insights.
- Develop customized marketing and content strategies for multiple regions, ensuring relevance and resonance with target audiences.
- Monitor pipeline impacts and engagement metrics to align with revenue goals.
- Continuously assess key performance indicators to refine and enhance strategies for greater impact.
