About the Role
As a pivotal member of our Client Operations team, you will play an essential role in ensuring the success of client implementations. This position emphasizes the technical and operational tasks necessary to set up, configure, and sustain client solutions. Although this role does not involve direct client interaction, it requires close collaboration with Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to facilitate smooth launches and scalable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely technical and operational support for client implementations.
Configure systems, manage data, and meet all implementation requirements.
Collaborate with Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to support delivery and troubleshoot issues.
Identify and resolve internal issues and discrepancies affecting implementation workflows.
Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
About You
You possess a keen eye for detail, are well-organized, and are comfortable working behind the scenes on technical and operational tasks. You enjoy collaborating with internal teams and taking ownership of your responsibilities. You can effectively juggle multiple priorities while upholding high standards of accuracy and quality.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 4 years of experience in operations, product operations, client operations, or a similar role.
Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in working with systems and data.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a healthcare or technology-driven environment.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
