THE CHALLENGE:Identify, evaluate, and advance sales opportunities within the North American sports market, including leagues, federations, teams, college conferences, and universities, navigating them through the business development cycle.Meet individual new business targets that contribute to the overarching revenue goals for Integrity Services across the Americas and globally.Deliver expert customer care and account management, cultivating and sustaining professional relationships to foster further business opportunities.Collaborate closely with other departments at Sportradar to align on North American opportunities and maintain robust company-wide external stakeholder relationships.Utilize Salesforce to manage sales effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, contracts, and forecasting across the Americas region. Ensure accurate invoicing, billing reconciliations, and partner follow-ups.Prepare and present regular sales reports to leadership, detailing budget and revenue analysis, sales progress, and pipeline opportunities.Contribute to the creation of extensive market analysis documents, offering insights on the Americas landscape, key trends, competitive dynamics, and growth areas for all Integrity Services market segments.Develop and maintain subject matter expertise across the entire Integrity service offering and product portfolio, demonstrating this knowledge in both internal and external presentations.Drive profitability and efficiency in the region through effective Salesforce utilization and pricing strategies.
