As a Senior Client Partner for Ads in EMEA, you will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic partnerships with some of the most prominent and sophisticated mobile gaming companies in the region. This role positions you as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, guiding growth strategies across User Acquisition, Monetization, and the broader Unity ecosystem while ensuring the customer’s voice is heard internally. This high-impact, senior position intersects strategy, commercial leadership, and cross-functional execution, working closely with diverse teams to unlock additional value for clients and foster sustainable growth in the region.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance a portfolio of elite mobile gaming partners, taking full responsibility for revenue growth and strategic impact throughout the Unity Ads ecosystem, including User Acquisition, Monetization, and LevelPlay mediation across Unity, ironSource, and Tapjoy.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, cultivating deep, long-term relationships and establishing Unity as a key growth partner through your business acumen and comprehensive industry expertise.
- Lead data-driven strategies and storytelling, converting complex performance data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and narratives that influence senior decision-makers and unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Bridge the gap between supply and demand, aligning advertiser goals with monetization strategies to maximize performance, efficiency, and long-term value for both clients and Unity.
- Drive large-scale cross-functional execution, collaborating closely with Product, Data, and Performance Management teams to deliver impactful solutions, shape internal priorities, and incorporate client needs into Unity’s strategic roadmap.
What We Seek
- Over 7 years of expertise in the mobile gaming and AdTech ecosystems, with hands-on proficiency in User Acquisition growth strategies, monetization optimization, mediation, and LTV-driven decision-making, alongside the ability to connect supply-side value to advertiser outcomes.
- A proven history as a trusted strategic advisor, delivering measurable and transformative impacts for clients while influencing long-term commercial and product direction through partnership-driven growth.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data sets, managing pipeline and market prioritization, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
