Role Overview: As a member of the Direct Representatives Team, you will be instrumental in promoting our services directly to clients, ensuring smooth activation and ongoing support for merchants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit client locations to promote company services.
- Assist merchants with verification and activation processes.
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics.
- Provide in-person support and consultations to existing customers.
- Engage in both scheduled activities and self-initiated outreach.
- Ensure the completion of registration by new merchants in your portfolio.
- Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage of services.
- Escalate issues by creating cases for problems beyond your resolution capabilities.
- Effectively present product features and benefits to clients.
- Travel to meet clients and participate in industry events.
