In the role of Senior Client Success Manager, you will be the key relationship steward for a select portfolio of strategic accounts. Your responsibilities will involve being the strategic liaison throughout the client lifecycle—overseeing onboarding, facilitating business outcomes, conducting performance reviews, preparing for renewals, and uncovering growth opportunities. Your objective is to guarantee that every client realizes tangible success with Rithum, while fostering robust partnerships that enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value. This position demands exceptional communication skills, executive presence, business acumen, and collaborative efforts with Sales, Legal, Product, and Support teams to ensure client and company success. As a senior member of the team, you will also have the opportunity to mentor and guide less experienced Client Success Managers, contributing to the overall enhancement of team capabilities and effectiveness.
