As a Senior Clinical Trial Manager in Clinical Operations, you will take on a pivotal leadership role in overseeing early-phase oncology studies, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion. Collaborating closely with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Biometrics, and external Contract Research Organizations (CROs), you will drive the successful delivery of high-quality, inspection-ready trials within a dynamic, growth-oriented biotech environment. Your responsibilities will include vendor oversight, risk management, and maintaining adherence to timelines and budgets, all while ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards. You will primarily focus on international regions, including Europe and Asia-Pacific, with secondary responsibilities in North America. This remote position reports directly to the Director of Clinical Operations.
