• AWS Architect Associate certification
• Proficiency in traditional networking across Data Centers, Campus, and Branch connectivity (Router, Switch, Wireless, Load Balancing, Firewalls).
• Expertise in AWS Direct Connect, VPCs, Transit Gateways, Security Groups, ALB/NLB.
• Familiarity with DNS and Route53.
• Experience with CloudWatch and CloudTrail.
• Knowledge of next-gen firewalls (IDS/IPS, DLP, Content Filtering, Anti-malware, DDoS).
• Proficiency in SIEM & SYSLOG.
• Understanding of SFlow/NetFlow/Flowlog.
• Experience with Cisco ISR/ASR Routers, Cisco Nexus and Catalyst Switches.
• Familiarity with Cisco Wireless technologies.
• Proficiency with F5 Load Balancers and AWS ALB/NLB Load Balancers.
• Understanding of Spanning-Tree, Port-channeling, and Nexus vPCs.
• Familiarity with BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP Routing.
• Experience with Management and Monitoring Tools.
• AWS Advanced Networking certification is a plus.
• Experience with Active Directory, both on-premises and cloud-based, is an advantage.
• Assist in identifying, implementing, and supporting tools and processes that enhance the management of on-premises and cloud network environments.
• Ensure all availability, scalability, and security requirements are met for both on-premises and cloud deployments.
• Keep abreast of the latest cloud trends, best practices, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with other systems and security teams to support the cloud environment operationally and resolve critical issues.
• Maintain documentation for cloud and on-premises infrastructure support (IPAM, Diagrams, Standards, Policies & Procedures).
