About Your Team:
The Enterprise Architecture organization is seeking a talented Cloud Platform Engineer to help shape the future of our cloud infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for cloud architecture, design, automation, and engineering initiatives. Collaborating closely with IT leadership, you will help establish and formalize the Cloud Platform Engineering practice within our broader cloud operational model. This position presents an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tools and cloud technologies as we scale and enhance our platform. Your contributions will focus on delivering clean, reusable, well-tested code and developing comprehensive documentation for enterprise-scale cloud adoption.
Key Responsibilities at IBKR:
- Develop, implement, and manage infrastructure as code solutions.
- Utilize Terraform to design and build a global Terraform registry.
- Collaborate with cloud architects to devise innovative solutions.
- Lead the cloud platform engineering team within the Enterprise Architecture department.
- Champion best practices and promote cloud automation throughout the organization.
