Meet Our Team:
The Collections department, part of our Credit Risk and Collections team, is dedicated to managing overdue collections from hotel partners across various product lines. We employ a hybrid strategy that includes both our internal collections team and external partners to ensure effective collections. We are currently seeking a Collections Specialist to join our expanding team in Bangkok, Thailand.
Your Role:
As a Collections Specialist, you will engage closely with hotel partners to recover outstanding balances owed to Agoda. This individual contributor role offers the chance to collaborate with various stakeholders within Agoda, enhancing operational efficiency and implementing value-added initiatives. You'll also participate in significant projects within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recover overdue payments through proactive calls and emails.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to persuade partners to fulfill their contractual payment obligations.
- Develop repayment plans and motivate partners to adhere to them.
