As a Senior Collections Analyst, you will work closely with business partners to ensure the collections process operates smoothly and efficiently. This role is pivotal for managing outstanding accounts receivable and all aspects of collections. You will be responsible for resolving customer billing issues and minimizing accounts receivable delinquency, along with managing other collection-related functions.
We are seeking a highly organized, self-driven individual with a proven ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while achieving goals and deadlines.
