Join SGS as a Senior Commercial Engineer and play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets set by your immediate supervisor while aligning with the commercial strategy of the department.
· Identify commercial opportunities in the market to promote the product portfolio within the construction sector, focusing entirely on laboratory infrastructure.
· Ensure effective management of assigned focus areas as directed by the organization.
· Deliver personalized commercial proposals to clients via email and conduct follow-ups to facilitate sales closure.
· Innovatively create new sales opportunities by identifying client needs creatively.
· Manage the sales process in an organized manner, keeping the CRM updated with client information and the status of each opportunity.
· Meet the established number of visits and various operational indicators to adhere to internal policies.
· Monitor commercial proposals to enhance the success rate of sales.
· Foster strong commercial relationships with clients while maintaining continuous engagement with existing ones.
· Develop commercial proposals according to established procedures for the various sector portfolios, including specific proposals for clients with new needs that SGS can address.
· Clearly and promptly communicate negotiation terms to the operational process to ensure excellent service delivery, confirming that services are provided as agreed, ensuring client satisfaction.
· Submit timely and accurate periodic reports as required by your direct supervisor and the Product Manager.
· Address client inquiries in the technical area, utilizing experts when necessary and in a timely manner.
· Ensure compliance with regulations, procedures, and action plans outlined in the management system and product accreditations.
· Plan and participate in sectoral or client events authorized by the sector.
· Ensure proper documentation management and adherence to due diligence and Sarlaft requirements for assigned clients.
· Manage long-term agreements and contracts with clients.
· Lead continuous improvement initiatives in management systems and/or accreditations, when applicable.
· Safeguard the collection of the commercial portfolio.
· Perform daily reports on the opening and closing of the commercial process.
