We are seeking a results-driven Senior Commercial Engineer to meet sales targets set by management and align with the commercial strategy of the department.
Your primary responsibilities will include identifying commercial opportunities in the market to promote our portfolio of products, specifically focusing on infrastructure for construction laboratories.
You will ensure effective management of assigned target universes and send tailored commercial proposals to clients via email or in person, following up diligently to close sales.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to create new sales avenues by creatively identifying client needs, while maintaining organized sales processes and ensuring all client information is updated in our CRM system.
Achieving the established number of visits and meeting various operational sales indicators is crucial for compliance with internal policies.
Monitoring commercial offers will be essential to enhance our sales success rate, fostering strong business relationships with existing clients and providing continuous attention to their needs.
You will be responsible for drafting commercial proposals according to established procedures for various sector portfolios and creating specific proposals for clients with unique requirements that SGS can competently fulfill.
Clear and timely communication of negotiation terms to the operational team is vital to guarantee high service quality and client satisfaction.
You will prepare periodic reports for your direct supervisor and the Product Manager, addressing any client inquiries in the technical area promptly, with expert support when necessary.
Adherence to established norms, procedures, and action plans within the management system and product accreditations is expected.
Participation in relevant sector events or those authorized by clients is also part of your responsibilities.
You will handle the documentation management and ensure compliance with due diligence and Sarlaft requirements for your assigned clients.
Long-term agreements and partnerships with clients will be managed by you, leading continuous improvement initiatives for management systems and/or accreditations where applicable.
Lastly, you will ensure the collection of commercial receivables and prepare daily reports on the opening and closing of the commercial process.
