Join RESPEC as a Senior Communications Products Specialist to spearhead communication efforts for a federal partner's prestigious health innovation projects. In this dynamic role, you will orchestrate the development and dissemination of communication materials that cater to a variety of stakeholders, including congressional leaders, executive officials, clinical teams, and facility staff. This position merges strategic communication, stakeholder involvement, and the production of high-quality deliverables within a fast-paced, federally regulated context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communications and Outreach
- Create precise materials and messages targeted at congressional, executive, and facility audiences; ensuring thoroughness, clarity, and consistency with program developments.
- Oversee public relations, manage information distribution, press releases, media inquiries, advertising initiatives, and social media campaigns to bolster program objectives.
- Organize and manage pilot site email accounts; respond to communications and circulate information as directed by the Government.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify and maintain a registry of stakeholders; customize engagement strategies to enhance participation and backing.
- Ensure continuous communication with new and existing pilot sites; coordinate necessary approvals and feedback mechanisms.
- Material Development
- Design and circulate healthcare-related promotional and educational materials for both internal and external audiences.
- Develop and sustain an onboarding “toolbox” (including introductions, agreements, site documents, and training materials) for new pilot sites, tailoring content as necessary and securing required approvals.
- Reporting and Governance
- Assist in the timely and compliant creation of communication deliverables; uphold version control and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Guarantee that all communications adhere to federal standards, branding guidelines, accessibility, privacy, and security mandates.
