We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Compensation Analyst (IC3) to become a vital member of our People team. This position will serve as a subject-matter expert and strategic partner in the design, analysis, and management of compensation programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with ezCater's overarching business strategy.
In this role, you will autonomously lead intricate compensation analyses, manage survey participation and benchmarking, support the design and execution of compensation initiatives, and uphold the integrity of compensation data and reporting. The right candidate will possess robust technical skills, an acute attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
