Our headquarters is located in Needham, Massachusetts, and we proudly employ over 4,100 associates worldwide, with our products available through key retailers and online platforms.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of packaging supplier strategies across various categories including corrugated materials, gift boxes, molded pulp, labels, manuals, flexible materials, foams, and protective packaging, ensuring optimal cost, quality, capacity, and sustainability.Establish and manage approved vendor lists (AVLs) by sourcing, qualifying, onboarding, and nurturing suppliers in line with SharkNinja's product, regional, and compliance needs.Collaborate with Packaging Engineering, Quality, Sustainability, and Regulatory teams to explore, evaluate, and commercialize compliant material innovations such as recycled content, paper-based alternatives, mono-materials, and plastic-reduction options.Create comprehensive should-cost and total-cost models for packaging that encompass material conversion, tooling, freight, duties, extended producer responsibility schemes, packaging taxes, eco-modulated fees, and other regulatory costs.Oversee RFQs, supplier negotiations, and cost-reduction initiatives to achieve an ideal balance of cost, performance, compliance, and market readiness.Stay updated on supplier capabilities, market trends, and packaging regulations; suggest new sources, technological advancements, and risk mitigation strategies to enhance supply chain security and sustainability.Maintain detailed records including packaging cost trackers, AVL documentation, supplier scorecards, and executive summaries while effectively collaborating with multicultural teams across China and globally.
