ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Ashville, OH. This role is vital in bringing our expanding portfolio of offices, factories, and secure environments to fruition.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Preconstruction and Design:
- Define and gather user requirements for upcoming construction initiatives.
- Create precise cost estimates throughout all project phases (concept, test fits, schematic designs, construction drawings, etc.).
- Foster relationships with consultants, regional contractors, and suppliers to support project-specific cost estimates.
- Conduct preliminary site due diligence to inform executive go/no-go decisions.
- Assemble and lead project design teams, including architects and various consultants.
- Budget and Financial Oversight:
- Formulate and oversee budgets for construction and maintenance projects, ranging from substantial greenfield developments to minor capital enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with Finance/FP&A teams for cash flow forecasting.
- Prepare and deliver financial reports to senior leadership.
