Join a vibrant and dynamic team at RYDGE Conseil where you'll engage in a variety of Restructuring and Distressed M&A assignments for small and medium-sized enterprises (TPE-ME).
As a Senior Consultant, you'll serve as a key point of contact, undertaking the following responsibilities:
Financial Restructuring: Evaluate operational forecasts and cash flow, conduct Independent Business Reviews (IBR), and assist with debt renegotiations and refinancing efforts;
Safeguard or Recovery Plans: Develop and implement plans under collective procedures, including the management of affected party classes;
Social Restructuring: Aid in formulating and executing Employment Safeguard Plans, support voluntary cessation of activities, and provide counsel to employee committees;
Distressed M&A: Support in the sale or acquisition of distressed businesses or assets (conduct financial due diligence for purchases or sales, assist in recovery strategies for businesses in judicial proceedings, review business plans, etc.);
Due Diligence: Analyze short-term financing options.
In your senior role, you'll maintain direct relationships with clients, contributing to a clear overview of their financial situations and short- to medium-term prospects by defining and assessing various potential restructuring scenarios.
