Qualifications
• Outstanding degree from a university or international business school• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a comparable environment• Proven track record in leading (sub-)projects, preferably in organizational development and efficiency enhancement• Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities with a structured and goal-oriented approach• High level of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking• Strong teamwork skills and friendly, open communication• Proficient in both German and English• Keen interest in innovative, AI-based solutions and the ability to effectively leverage new technologies and data competency in complex scenarios
