Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution.Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or an MBA is required.Experience Requirements:10–12 years of Engineering / Design experience in the LNG sector.Demonstrated expertise in LNG Import Terminal projects, preferably Onshore or FSRU.Experience across various project phases including Feasibility and FEED.Prior experience in a consulting firm is highly preferred.Leadership & Team Management:Proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team of 8–10 engineers.Experience in task allocation, deliverable review, and technical quality assurance.Strong mentoring skills for junior and mid-level engineers.Adept at managing multiple interfaces and resolving interdisciplinary technical issues.Strong decision-making capabilities at the discipline lead level.
