As a Senior Consulting Manager at Visa, your primary goal will be to strengthen client partnerships and enhance client performance by crafting and evaluating payment strategies, while implementing initiatives aimed at maximizing customer engagement. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Drive consulting projects and assist in securing engagements by pinpointing prospective opportunities with clients.
- Participate in ongoing strategic planning discussions and maintain a robust pipeline of analytical tasks.
- Create analytical frameworks, methods, solutions, and data-driven strategies that target significant opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various functional areas and global regions to successfully execute projects leveraging Visa’s extensive resources.
- Deliver insights, analyses, and recommendations designed to enhance client performance, foster growth, deepen understanding of client challenges, and provide strategic guidance on client priorities.
- Develop innovative, scalable solutions, toolkits, standard methodology documents, and consulting practices applicable across Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA).
- Lead a team in knowledge sharing, coaching, and training, acting as an analytics subject matter expert across functional teams and regions.
- Oversee multiple workstreams to ensure project delivery meets established objectives and timelines.
