As a key member of the Business Onboarding Verification team at Wise, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the way we verify business customers on a global scale. Your work will harmonize exceptional customer experiences with compliance and regulatory standards.
Your contributions will resonate throughout the entire organization, influencing customer-facing teams, platform teams, tool development teams, and regional units around the world. You will showcase the power of strategic content design in every interaction.
Utilizing your systems-thinking approach, leadership capabilities, and content design expertise, you will craft comprehensive user journeys, minimize hurdles, and facilitate seamless onboarding for Wise customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Defining the future of verification by establishing a clear vision, implementing standards, and creating scalable patterns across various teams at Wise.
Taking ownership of content design within your squad, shaping messaging and user experiences.
Collaborating with design leaders from other squads to create a unified, cohesive experience for customers.
Working alongside regional teams, tooling teams, operations teams, and compliance to ensure simplicity and consistency throughout the user journeys.
Leveraging your design leadership skills to enhance quality, maturity, and alignment within the squad.
Partnering with product design, management, and engineering teams to lead initiatives and deliver impactful work.
Strategically planning and prioritizing tasks, while onboarding new content designers as the team expands.

You possess a keen eye for quality and know how to mentor designers and teams to achieve it.
