We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Contracts Lawyer to enhance our legal team. This pivotal role involves ensuring that all contractual agreements are in line with the company's strategic goals and adhere to legal standards.
The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of regulations within the pharmaceutical sector and a proven track record in drafting, negotiating, and managing a diverse array of contracts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Draft, evaluate, and negotiate various contracts, including but not limited to supply, distribution, licensing, partnership, technology transfer, and service agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Offer expert advice on contract interpretation, compliance, and risk management for both local and international dealings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on contract-related issues, promoting understanding and adherence to terms and conditions.
- Guarantee contracts meet international laws and regulations pertinent to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Maintain a systematic record-keeping and centralized database for all contracts and amendments.
- Oversee contract lifecycle management while implementing best practices to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors and regulatory authorities as necessary to address complex contractual challenges.
- Provide legal opinions and insights on business matters as required by stakeholders.
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication regarding agreements to ensure efficient processing aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to policies and guidelines related to agreements, updating them according to evolving business needs.
