Become a Key Member of Collibra’s Customer Engineering Team

We are on the lookout for talented individuals to join our Customer Engineering team and help us fulfill this vision. As a Senior Customer Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering Collibra's products and vision to our customers and prospects. You will focus on both acquiring new clients and expanding our presence in existing accounts. Establishing trusted relationships from the very beginning, you will act as a knowledgeable technical advisor. In this role, supporting the Northern Europe team, you will oversee the technical relationship with customers throughout their journey with us, from pre-sale to post-sale. This is a highly esteemed position within our sales organization at Collibra.
Your Responsibilities as a Senior Customer Engineer
- Aligning solutions with the value propositions of large and dynamic clients, addressing both business and technical needs.
- Engaging in discovery processes and qualifying new opportunities, in addition to expanding existing customer relationships.
- Preparing and delivering product demonstrations that showcase how Collibra’s platform meets the needs of our Enterprise clients.
- Advising technical stakeholders at customer organizations to facilitate Collibra adoption and maximize value realization, serving as the primary contact for technical inquiries.
- Identifying, assessing, recommending, and conducting value-based workshops and proofs of concepts.
- Providing input for the functional and technical components of RFPs/RFQs.
- Assisting in sales and marketing initiatives, including webcasts, field training, and asset creation.
- Offering feedback and insights to product management and engineering to refine our offerings.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a Sales or Customer Engineering, or Sales Consulting role.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Data/SaaS industry.
- A solid understanding of at least two of the following areas: data governance, data catalogs, data quality, and data privacy platforms. Experience should encompass value-based selling, cost-benefit analysis, ROI analysis, as well as project management.
- Experience in regulatory compliance and/or (financial/IT) audit is advantageous.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
