Challenge: Your role will be crucial in assisting our restaurant partners by optimizing their internal operations, allowing them to concentrate on what they do best: preparing and delivering delicious food! You will onboard new customers to our Phone product and act as a vital point of escalation, ensuring exceptional customer interactions throughout their journey with Slice.
Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Customer Experience Representative to join our dynamic, mission-driven tech company. In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for new customers using our Phone product, facilitating a smooth onboarding experience and swiftly resolving any issues they may face. Your responsibilities will include onboarding customers, managing inbound calls, processing orders, and utilizing our internal systems to ensure accurate order transmission to our restaurant partners. By collaborating across teams and fostering strong relationships with our partners, you will contribute to outstanding results and drive success from day one!

Note: This is a full-time, on-site role [40 hours/week]. Each shift is 8 hours long during the evening or night (2nd and 3rd shifts), scheduled between 4 PM and 7 AM.
