At Dataiku, customer success is our top priority. As a Senior Customer Success Engineer (CSE) on our Solutions Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve significant outcomes through business analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI.
This dynamic role blends technical programming with consultative customer engagement to foster product adoption and enhance user interaction. You will utilize your expertise in enterprise analytics, exceptional communication skills, and practical data science knowledge to drive business value. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with various teams, including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Professional Services, to boost end-user adoption.
Your Impact:
- Engage with Dataiku’s clients to enhance onboarding, user adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of the Dataiku platform to educate clients on best practices.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' business needs and outcomes to steer their success with our products and services.
- Conduct demonstrations of new product features and facilitate hands-on workshops alongside Sales Engineers.
