The Role
As Kit continues its growth trajectory, we are refining how we support and cultivate our creator community. We are in search of a Customer Success Manager (Scaled Accounts), referred to internally as a Creator Growth Manager (Scaled Accounts), to spearhead Pro plan expansion within our top 1,000 largest accounts.
This pivotal role aims to address a fundamental question:
What motivates a creator to upgrade, and how can we establish scalable, value-generating upgrade opportunities?
You will concentrate on identifying, testing, and refining strategies for expansion among our pooled creators, subsequently scaling successful initiatives across our broader customer network through close collaboration with Customer Experience, Marketing, and Product teams. This is not your typical account management position; it is a growth-centric, experimental role with a tangible impact on revenue.
While driving expansion is the primary objective, success in this role hinges on delivering an exceptional, scalable customer experience that fosters retention, encourages plan upgrades, and promotes long-term revenue growth. Additionally, you will proactively engage and support pooled creators—ensuring they feel valued, understand how to leverage Kit effectively, and are well-positioned to transition to Pro through strategic email initiatives and product utilization.
